My son Tatum is 18mths old. He has a good routine of an evening - dinner between 6-6:30pm, play, bath, drink of milk while sitting on the lounge, a story or two, then into bed with his lullaby`s on and he puts himself off to sleep by 8pm. There is never any fuss. He will sleep through until about 5am then wake and the only thing to settle him back down to sleep is to give him a bottle and he lays in bed with us. Then he wakes at about 7am.
We know that this is a very bad habit that we have created - and would like to now know how to put an end to it. With our schedules 5am is just not a good time to be awake and for Tatum, he obviously hasn`t had enough sleep at this time.
Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
