We can get her down for naps in the day without too many problems, BUT...

hey there maree,
my little angel is 6months old and has until recently been a great sleeper, she was going to bed at about 9pm and would wake for a very quick feed at around 6 am then would wake up for the day at about 8-9am so 12hrs all up! on top of that she was having a few naps during the day. weve been using the `controlled crying method` since day dot and she took to it with no fuss. now we can get her down for naps in the day without too many problems and since it has begun getting darker earlier shes started to go to bed at 7pm (she dictated this change) BUT her lovely night routine is now..

wakes at 10pm -dummy in-re settle
feed at 3-4am
wakes at 6am very unhappy and difficult to settle
back to bed around 6.45am
wakes at 8 am

its driving us nuts we feel like we are going backwards! shes got 2 teeth with no signs of more for the moment, shes only having 1 solid feed per day max and is still breast fed (with a little bottle here and there) help =)
cheers kylie, sorry its an essay =)

Answer: Hi Kylie, Babies routine will often change without notice. If you continue with resettling techniques rather than feeding this should get her back on track again. Cheers, Maree
