My almost 3 yr old goes to bed relatively easily 7pm most nights. She wakes anytime between 5am and 6am. She still naps during the day, but we cap it at 1.5hrs max. We have tried putting her to bed later (in the hope that she wakes later) cutting out her naps, putting a clock in her room and telling her to stay in bed until the alarm goes off, putting her in her room with her light on so she can play/read. All in an attempt to stay in bed longer so that we can sleep but nothing works. She often wakes tired and grumpy so she needs more sleep but cant go back to sleep and will whine etc until my partner or I get up with her...we also have a baby who is waking with teething so are very tired!! any suggestions!
