Is there anything we can do to get her to bed earlier?

I have an 11 weeks old who has been sleeping from midnight until 6 or 7am since 6 weeks. She will have one or 2 naps during the day sometimes but I can`t seem to get her to go to bed before midnight every night. I have tried 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, and everytime she will scream until we bring her out. Is there anything we can do to get her to bed earlier? She has reflux and we have that under control, we sure there`s nothing wrong because it sounds like an attention cry and as soon as we pick her up she`s happy again and from midnight she will sleep fine. Also she will sleep out in the lounge with us in the evening and I play a CD (Sounds of Silence) which only works during the day. Thanks.

Answer: Hi, I would recommend you follow a feed/play/sleep routine then implement our settling techniques when she shows tired signs. You can get details from the website or from It`s Time To Sleep DVD&BOOK. Cheers, Maree
