Answer: Hi, Yes it is possible to have a vaginal delivery after two previous caesareans but it's really important to have the labour well monitored. It's also important to consider why the original caesareans were necessary and if this reasons still feature with this pregnancy. It's important not to compare your experiences with anyone else-every pregnancy and woman are unique. Speak with your maternity care provider about your concerns and your own individual risks and situation. If you are scared it's important that you share this with your doctor/midwife so they can factor this into your care. Speak with them about your individual risks and the likelihood that you may need another C/S-your experience and baby are unique. Best Jane
