Hello, im between 37 and 38 weeks pregnant and my Dr pointed out on the ultrasound last week that the placenta is forming calcium deposits. She said not to worry and that the baby is fine. I haven`t been able to find much information about it at all, and am wondering if it means because the placenta is mature if I am going to deliver early, or if I am more likely to be induced. My next appointment is on Wednesday and I will find out more then, im just a bit worried in the meantime. Could you please give me some information about it? Thank you so much, Amanda.
