Everything else in my scan was fine and my Nuchal tests came back as low risk, but I still can't help worrying.

Answer: Hi, Renal pelvic dilatation is not related to Downs Syndrome. It is related to a condition called Renal reflux that can cause kidney damage from repeated bladder infections. You may need a repeat scan later in the "pregnancy":/pregnancy to check the kidneys again and perhaps a test on the baby once born. This is a treatable condition that most children grow out of by age 2. Best wishes, Alex.
